Reporting something broken

Please include which tool, which browser and which device, and what you did just before it went wrong. Timing bugs in particular depend on the browser, so "the alarm did not sound on iPhone Safari after I locked the screen" is something that can be chased down, while "the timer does not work" is not.

Suggesting a tool

Worth asking. The tools that fit here are small, single purpose, and able to run entirely in the browser without an account. Anything that needs to store your data on a server, sign you in, or reach your calendar is out of scope, not because it would be hard but because it would break the thing that makes the rest of this site work.

Anything legal or about data

The same address. The privacy policy covers what is stored and where, which in almost every case is your own browser, and the terms cover use of the site.

What to expect

This is one person, not a support team. Email gets read and most of it gets answered, but not within an hour, and a fix that needs thinking about takes as long as it takes.
